Town Hall Meeting Update

The Town Hall meetings were held after all Masses on the weekend of September 21 & 22. The topics discussed were:
 Fr. Mark update on past requests
 Tom Adamski presented an update on parish finances
 Organ project discussion led by Fr. Mark & Sam Skogstad
 Fr. Mark safety projects The key topic of the meeting was the organ project.

Information was shared regarding the operational issues occurring with the pipe organ and the console. It was agreed that steps need to be taken to preserve the pipe organ. Parishioner response was in support of engaging Scott Riedel & Associates to develop a solution that will address various options from rebuilding to replacing the organ. Based on the selected option, the cost could be $500,000. A separate capital campaign fund drive will also be developed to support this project. As efforts progress to identify the best solution in serving our liturgical needs and the role of the organ, updates will be shared as new information surfaces.
