August 14, 2019The 2019-2020 Music Ministry season begins this coming September after Labor Day! We have some wonderful ways to get involved!
Traditional Choir: High schooled age and up who enjoy singing and lifting their prayer through song. No formal “audition”. Rehearsals are regularly held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 PM in church and are open to anyone who may be interested.
Handbell Ensemble: Middle school aged and up, ranging from beginner to experienced in bell playing. Bell ensemble season runs from early September through early June and play throughout the year as scheduled. Rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 - 7:15 PM in church and are open to anyone who may be interested.
Cantor: A cantor is someone who leads the community in song when there is no choir present. This minister does require a strong singing voice, great articulation and clarity of text, and the desire to proclaim the Word of God through song.
