Flu Season Has Arrived

As the cold and flu season approaches always practice good hygiene. If you have any flu/cold symptoms, please remember the following:  Stay home from Mass, there is no sin in that  Do not drink from the cup during Holy Communion  If you normally receive Holy Communion on your tongue, please consider receiving in the hand to avoid the passing of saliva from one mouth to another  Do not shake hands at the Sign of Peace. If you do extend your hand to exchange the Sign and your neighbor does not reciprocate, please assume they are not feeling well and do not wish to pass anything on to you.
