October 15, 2019Blessed Sacrament Parish would like to extend to all parishioners an invitation to attend this year’s Memorial Mass for celebrating the lives of our faithful departed. Though we specifically highlight those who have died from our community this past year, this day is truly meant for remembering ALL of those whom we have loved and treasured in our lives. We invite you and everyone as a full parish community to come pray and sing together in honoring all of our beloved dead. For the families of this year’s deceased, individual candles will be lit for each person as their name is read, and brought up to the communion rail during the mass. There will also be one candle lit to honor the full parish community and all the souls we hold in our hearts for all time. We hope you will join us for this day of prayer, reflection, and celebration.
